1. Walk-Through & Interview
We discuss your concerns, history of water damage, symptoms, and any specific areas of interest.
2. Visual Inspection
We systematically review accessible areas of the property, looking for visible mold, water staining, and signs of past or present moisture issues.
3. Moisture Detection
Using moisture meters and thermal imaging, we identify wet areas that may not be visible to the eye.
4. Sampling (When Appropriate)
If lab analysis is warranted, we collect air, surface, or swab samples and send them to an independent lab.
5. Report & Recommendations
After the visit (and lab analysis when applicable), you receive a written report with photos, findings, and clear recommendations.
